The consumer page command is ignored by IOS7

The consumer page command failed when the screen off, How to solve this issue？

Does this only fail with iOS7? or does it also not work on more up to date versions of iOS?

Can you please update the os on your phone? Since iOS7 was replaced in 2014 (4.5 years ago) there is a good chance this has been fixed in a later revision of the os.
