enter bootloader mode for nrf52840 devkit

hi guys, i'm triyng to enter the bootloader mode in my nrf52840 dev kit in order to upload the softdevice s340 fo ant.

is there anyone could help me how to do this?? i'm so confused about the documentation i found on the nordic site.

Here is the documentation.

You hold in the "IF Boot/Reset button" when you power-cycle the boards to enter bootloader mode.
