maximum device name length for the cases of 128-bit UUIDs

As i understood by reading the forum and documents, the maximum advertisement packet length is 31 bytes. That means that devices with custom UUIDs (128bit = 16bytes) may not have the device name longer than ~5 bytes.

Is there any method to make the device name longer in such a case?

Workaround: Put either UUID or Name in the "Scan Response". This will give you additional 31 bytes of data to work with.
