nRF9160 - 3.3v IOs

Dear all,

Is this possible to flip a switch on the board to get nRF9160 IOs at 3.3v rather than 1.8v ?
I have a LoRa module that requires TTL 3.3v UART signals, and it would be great if I can go without any supplementary hardware like a Level shifter.
