Where to start from with nrf52832 SOC

Hi, i would like to work with nrf52832 for my IoT idea. So my question is where do i start from to work with this particular SOC nrf52832 chip?
My End product would have integrated nrf52832 SOC with other components and sensors.Personally i do not want to waste time working along with development boards? Suggestions please. Is it possible to work directly with my circuit design?

Prerequisites:

• Proficient in embedded microcontroller development with 'C'
• At least a basic understanding of electronics.
• Familiarity with comms in general, and radio comms in particular

Personally, I would say that is a false economy!

A development board is an ideal starting point for someone who doesn't know where to start with any microcontroller!

• You will get up-to-speed far quicker with an nRF52832-DK - which includes built-in programmer and debugger - than trying to start from scratch.
• You will have ready-to-use software examples
• You will have known-good hardware
• When you need to ask questions, people will know immediately what hardware you have

Not sure which folder you're referring to - why not just download it and take a look?

Usually it's stuff like schematics, PCB layout, gerbers, etc ...
