nrf52840 can't flash showing some error DAP while reading DP-Ctrl-register

Dear nordic,

I have a custom board. first time its working fine and i flash the program without any issue. after few days i started to reflash the chip its show some errors :-

can you help me to find out why this error occurs? I need some help from your side
