Program can damage BLE4.0

I do not know why sometimes program can build pass in keil ,but can make nrf51822 do not work and unable download program . For this , I have damaged a lot of nrf51822 IC .please tell me why and how to avoid this problem .

Have you tried using the "Recover" function in nRFgo studio? The same feature is available in nrfjprog. Could you try this and see if you're able to connect to the boards you have?

I would also recommend you to have a look at the suggestion and explanation described in this post.
