Interfacing with nRF52840-DK from a PC

Hi, 

We would like to interface with our nRF52840-DK from a PC. 

We need to be able to send\recieve data from PC -> 52840 using Nordic's UART service. 

We are looking for a BLE dongle, preferably with a programming I\F ( Python or C ) that can interface with the Board. 

Any Ideas what might be suitable for that ?
