default hex in nrf52840

Hi,

we developed design with nRF52840, but we have issues.

Propably we have solution for this issues, but we need test it and we need default hex file in nRF52840 for try our solve. B (During programing, some pin on Laird is propably swith on pull up resistor -> in our design laird module lost power supply during programing -> programing failed). 

our first step was unsolder component from PCB response to the switch off power supply for Laird

second step was writing firmware to laird. It was succesful.

third step was solder component back on the PCB

After that we could change FW without changes on HW.

We thinking we have solution. But for test we need defaut hex file in Laird module. We need get hardware back to unprogramable state, apply our solution and test it. We haven't time make a new board, or reassambly module on board. Our customer wants start serial production during few weeks…

Could you help me, find default hex file in nRF52840, (default bootloader on chip)

You would have to ask Laird for that - it is nothing to do with Nordic!

On Laird module is assembly  a unprogrammed nRf52840. Before Laird module we tried use pure nRf52840 and we had same issues. So I just need default hex file in nRf52840. Erase chip does not help reproduce the situation.

AFAIK there is no "default hex file in nRf52840" - the chips are shipped blank.

Ok, No bootloader inside ?

AFAIK, No.

There is no mention of a pre-programmed bootloader in the Product Specification.
