Code Sample to configure the gpio pins on the nrf52840

Could I get a code sample that shows how to drive gpio pins high on the 52840 chip on my 9160DK so I can modify it to drive analog switches to forward gpio pins to the 9160 SiP?

There is currently no code sample for the board controller of the nRF9160. You can have a look at this link to get you started. It explains how to configure a project for the nRF52840 board controller.
