Device advertising with two addresses

Hi, 

Can someone please tell me in what scenario would a device advertise with two different addresses at the same time? 

My device is an nrf52382 based custom PCB chip. I am programming it using the NRF52 Dev Kit. Sometimes (not always) I see my device "Bioreactor" advertising twice simultaneously. The addresses are different (and strangely, so is the data from each). I cannot understand why this is happening. 


Example running from SDK 15.2, IDE is embedded studio.

Hi,

It doesn't seem that the two devices are the same as the UUID and the signal strength is different. Could you repeat the experiment after you've moved the device and phone to another location. Are you still seeing the two devices after a scan?
