docs for "params.disconnected.reason"

I'm using nRF5 SDK 15.2.0.  When I get a BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED event, where's is the definition for the "event.params.disconnected.reason"?  I get values like 0x16, 0x22, etc.  I can't find the SDK documentation that lays out these values and what they mean.

Hi Eric

Please see BLE_HCI_STATUS_CODES in the ble_hci.h header file within the SDK you are using. 

The ones you mentioned by name for example:

0x16 = Local host terminated connection

0x22 = LMP Response Timeout
