usbd_ble_uart_freertos cannot connect to nrfConnect

I use 52840,SDK15.3 and pca10056 board .

examples\peripheral\usbd_ble_uart_freertos\pca10056\s140 no changes to the source code.

usbd_ble_uart_freertos cannot connect to nrfConnect App.
