just to be clear on this, the SDK is available on the Nordic Semi website (www.nordicsemi.com). You will need to create a MyPage account if you do not already have one. You will need to be in possession of a Dev Kit or an Eval Kit to access the SDK. This is done by entering a product key that you will find on the front of the kit.
So the SDK essentially costs $99? Is there a reason for this? I assume you don't actually make money from the evaluation kits so it seems pointless and counter-productive to exclude people who don't have one (i.e. RFduino owners).
Changing this is currently being considered internally, and there will most likely be at least some changes to this in the future, but I can unfortunately not guarantee anything with regard to scope or timing.
