DC/DC regulator power consumption

Hi,

Is it possible to find comparison on the power consumption when running the internal DC/DC converter at 1.8V and 3.3V?

I have an external SD-card that needs a lot of external level converters to go from 1.8V to 3.3V, but it is possible to shift the output level of the nRF52840 to 3.3V, but I can't find any info on what extra power consumption I would expect from the Nordic chip.
