Is nRF52840 a smart ready device?

Hello, 
 Is Bluetooth 5, capable to communicate with BLE devices as well as classical BT devices? I think this dual capability is called smart ready. 
 We are planning to use nRF52840 as a dynamic multiprotocol device. The main time the device will be operating in Thread protocol. Then, sometimes it will be change to work on Bluetooth to communicate both, with BLE devices, and classical BT devices. Will this be possible? 
 We wait for your feedback.

NRF5x cannot talk to Bluetooth Classic devices, as it only supports Bluetooth Low Energy modulation (and some non-BT ones).

The terms "Smart" and "Smart ready" are no longer used - for several years now: 
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluetooth_Low_Energy#Branding 
 "Smart ready" meant support for both "classic" Bluetooth, and BLE. 
 All Nordic's chips are BLE- only -they have no "classic" support. 
 Yes, Bluetooth 5 still includes "classic" - but Nordic's products are still BLE only.
