PCB Antenna

Hello I'm using a nRF52810. Now i'm trying to add an PCB antenna to my Altium sheet i Wrote in another Reply that i could use the one from your USB Dongle but i don't find it. Do you have an Altium File for me. Or even a description to the Antenna
