NRF51822, Don't want to use random delay.

I am using NRF51822 and SDK is 12.3.0. I know that NRF51822 has random delay(0ms~10ms).

However, there must be no delay to complete the development of the board.

Our board has four BLEs on one board and must advertise the beacon signal on TDMA. However, due to the random delay of the NRF51822, TDMA is not operating normally.

I don't know how to solve this problem.

Is this a problem that requires modification of the contents of the soft device? But I don't know how to modify soft devices.

I wonder how to solve this problem.

The random delay is built into the BLE protocol to avoid repeated collision between two devices during advertising. This can't be changed.
