Can nrf9160 chip handle the video signal coming from the Internet?

I am developing a device that will receive over the network lte a video signal in real time and display it on a screen with a resolution of 13-15 inches. Based on the chip nrf9160. Will this processor be able to process such a signal or do I need to install an additional graphics chip?

If you take a look at our product brief here, you can see that you can expect an uplink speed of around 300 kbps & a downlink speed of around 375 kbps for LTE-M1. This is not sufficient for sending video feeds. Just take a look at this tool to see an estimate of how big each file could be. In addition, even if it were possible, it may cost you quite a bit to send that much data over LTE.
