Default values in flash

Hello!

I´m trying to assign an unique id to my different devices. The main idea is to read an specific address (using 0x37000 atm). If i detect it is a new device i assign it a new and unique id. My question is, everytime i erase the nRF will always the value be 0xFF?

Yes, after erase all flash content is FF.. but you should always read back and verify content in any case. You may consider store information like this in UICR instead.
