No command complete event received

I got this error when programming the Development Dongle. The dongle is recognized in the
Master Control Panel as a COM4 - xxxx, and when is connected a green led and blue led are ON

Firmware: MEFW nRF51822 0.10.0 UART baud rate: 1000000 bps

Looking at the screenshot it is clear that the master control panel cannot see the board with the correct firmware. Is the board really located at COM5 in the virtualbox ? Has it been flashed with the correct hex file ?

Ensure that you have made the USB port available to virtual box so that windows can see the USB port. Ensure that the device manager on windows recognizes the board and loads a COM port driver (CDC) for it and a jlink driver for it. Flash the firmware for master control panel to the board File -> Flash programming. Point the master control panel at the right COM port.
