Softdevice error in ll_lm.s0.c:404

I've seeing random crashes at that originate from ll_lm.s0.c:404. It seems to be happening when I have uart logging turned off. I don't think i've seen assert callback called when logging is on. I'm using nrf51422 with s310. Any insights would help.

    I was using v1. I managed to upgrade to v2 over the weekend and I don't think I'm seeing this issue anymore. I don't really know what was causing it or how to reproduce it; so it still might be there. I think the upgrade did fix the problem.
