nrf52832 PWM GPIO frequency for driving Mosfet @ 1.7MHZ

                         I need know will PWM GPIO on nrf52832 be able to drive a mosfet @ 1.7Mhz.

basically I want to drive a piezo electric transducer whose resonant frequency is 1.7Mhz. So I an powering it with 15V amplitude via a MOSFET. So need to know if NRF52832 PWM GPIO will be able to drive it at 1.7 MHZ or do I need to integrate a IC555 time circuit or an external crystal clock oscillator to drive the MOSFET @ 1.7 MHz.

What duty cycle do you want to have on the PWM?

Between 80-100 % duty cycle.
