TWI doesn't jump into twi_handler event

Hi

I want to use TWI read temperature from sensor Si7050, but i got a problem that doesn't jump into twi handler event. Can anyone give me some information? Thank you.

I also read the examples of twi sensor,but i still don't know what's the problem.Maybe i think i don't understand how does nrf twi work and how to implement it. 

another problem is that there are four files: nrf_drv_twi.c ; nrfx_twi.c ; nrfx_twim.c ; nrfx_twis.c,  what are the differences between them? A bit of confused. 

I use nrf52840, sdk15.2.0.

You are only checking for the TWI_EVENT_DONE, while you may have set the twi address wrong, in which case you likely get a NACK event instead. (tip: You may run the \examples\peripheral\twi_scanner to identify the address)
