flash nrf52832 proprietary board fails

Hello

I am using a proprietary board containing NRF52832 chip

using Rigado board I can flash the system on Rigado board perfectlly

using my costume board, by using JTAG programmer I am getting the following error:

nrfjprog --family NRF52 --recover
ERROR: Low voltage detected at the target. Please make sure the device is
ERROR: properly supplied.

please advice

So have you done that?
