NB Iot MQTT Usage

Hello, I need to use MQTT over NB IoT with nRF9160. 
Task to connect to Amazon AWS over NB IoT with MQTT.
As I understand correctly, NB IoT doesn't support TCP, so I can't use MQTT.
Maybe someone have experience with itm or give advice how to use MQTT over NB IoT?

It is possible to use TCP over NB-IoT. TCP is host-to-host, so it shouldn't be affected by network implementation. Accoring to this article however the performance is not as good as with UDP based protocols like CoAP.
