Unfortunately, we do not have detailed current consumption numbers for CryptoCell. In practice, using the CryptoCell will result in a significant current consumption reduction over performing the cryptographic operations in SW, primarily because the calculation time is significantly reduced compared to a software solution, but it is best to set up a test with the specific algorithm and data size that is to be encrypted. If you are interested in a specific algorithm and data size then let me know and I can run a test and measure the current consumption.
SPI0-2 is identical to the SPI peripherals on the nRF52832 and you should not see much difference with respect to their current consumption.
