eclipse.exe is not valid win32 application

I'm trying running eclipse-cpp-luna-R-win32-x86_64 and is showed this message, what shall I do?

My guest is that you are running the 64bits version on a 32 bits OS. Try with the 32bits version of Eclipse. Also, Luna has issue with debug. Recommended to use kepler for now. For Eclipse based development, have a look here embeddedsoftdev.blogspot.ca/.../ehal-nrf51.html
