Specification about IOT

Hi Nordics, I wonder is there any specification on IOT. I have seen the source code on IOT at nRF5_SDK_15.3.0_59ac345\examples\iot\tcp. But I don't know how to use it.  So I hope there is some document indicate users how to built the developing environment.

The documentation for this example can be found here. There is also some documentation in the example itself. 

To demonstrate TCP protocol support on nRF5x, the lwIP stack is used. Nordic's stack does not currently support TCP.
