I am trying to measure the current of the dk. I added the 10o resistor, loaded the ble blinky example and connected two probes. This is what i got:
In the idle stage probe A is higher, while probe B is higher when advertising, which is really weird. The device was powered from a battery. I did not solder SB11 yet as I am currently figuring out, how I can work best with the device. Nevertheless I think the difference should not get negative at any point.
Without low-pass filtering, the values look like this:
Besides from that: Why don't we use only one probe and connect its ground to, where the other probe normally would be.
So with this measurement I got an average current consumption of 674 nA for the blinky example. Is this as expected?
