Are there any BLE standards for encrypting and decrypting sensor data that is being broadcasted ?

If the sensor I'm developing is broadcasting the raw data that is encrypted, how will the mobile app or gateway decrypt it? Is there a BLE standard to exchange the key in the "setup" phase before it starts broadcasting/advertising?

Hi,

There is no specifications about encrypting advertising data in the Bluetooth specifications, you will have to do this in the application. Please see this thread.
