Use nRF52840 DK connector interface pins as regular GPIO

There are a few pins I want to use but are already assigned to MCU interface UART or buttons like p0.05 to p0.08 and p0.11 to p0.16 on the nRF52840 DK. I’m wondering if it is possible to set these pins as regular GPIO? Thanks

The DK User Guide has instructions on how to disconnect the on-board features.

Also look at the schematics - you'll probably find that the buttons have no effect unless they're pressed ...
