Hello, 

This error message will display when a softdevice is present on the device. Please use nrfjprog or nRFgo Studio to erase the device.

Hi there, I did used nrfjprog to erase the device. Is there any thing else you think in might case this to happen? I also download the file and have it setup too.

What command did you run with the nrfjprog? The following command should be sufficient. 

nrfjprog -e
