SES Update for V4.16

Hey!

I have license in old version for V4.14, but i can't use it in the new V4.16. Plus coundn't  find the Open nRF Connect SDK project under the file tools as in the old one. What could I do to put everything as it was in the new one? Pls ! Need hjelp to fix for our project soon.

I find that confusing every time I download/upgrade and I have to look for the link every time.

What works is using the link from this page for your OS:
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/0.3.0/nrf/gs_programming.html

This will download a Nordic specifc version that has the Open nRF Connect SDK project menu option.
