connecting nrf52832 to other IC on the same PCB

Hi, i'm designing a device which is based on nrf52832 chip and i need to add two IC on my board, the first one is the MAX8856 to charge the battery of my device and the second one is CY7C65213 which is an USB-UART bridge, MAX8856 supply voltage to the SoC when the device is charging and there are two outputs and one input between nrf52832 and 8856 to control some characteristics of the 8856.
In the other hand CY7C65213 have six signals both output and input to the nrf52832 which are for flow control, sleep and wake up of the bridge and transmission data,
so my question is if there could be an impedance matching issue that makes necessary some extra component to communicate nrf52832 to the others IC, or there is necessary just calculate lines´s length to avoid reflection
Thanks for reading and your responses
kind regards
