 I am having some trouble understanding what you mean here. Are you using one of the 3rd party beacons? In that case could you link to the specific beacon you are using? In any case, using a DK, you should be able to program the chip by following the instructions on how to use the DK as adebugger in the nRF-51 DK User Guide.
