Is it possible to place a voice call using the nrf9160 (or other nordic device) and play pre-recorded audio over the call? The goal is an IoT sensor device that places a voice call and plays a pre-recorded message depending on values it senses. For example, if it senses that ambient temperature is above a specific level, it would call a pre-programmed phone number and play a pre-recorded audio message indicating that the temperature is too high, etc.. I'm new to cellular and still figuring it all out, any tips are more than welcome.
