nRF91 DK Vodafone nb-iot not working

HI, we have updated our DK firmware (mfwnb1nrf9160030123prealpha) for nb-iot but after inserting the Vodafone (Ireland) V-Sim we only have a flashing LED 3.

nRF connect shows that the Modem is "Power off" ?

Are we missing a step here?
