Sniffing Bluetooth Mesh packets

I have seen this question asked before, but no definitive answer given. I have followed the guide for setting up the nRF sniffer and it is able to see the Bluetooth Mesh packets. However, they remain encrypted. As mentioned in previous answers I add the Network Key produced by the provisioner into the Bluetooth Mesh Protocol Preferences. I set the IV Index to 0 as I cannot see the value mentioned in the code. I enter this information before I begin provisioning, but the packets are still encrypted.

common issues seen were : 

Put the 0x in from of the Network key

Put the Network key in the right byte order (you may need to reverse it to check).

Post a pcap file to get help

Turns out adding a simple '0x' solved it.
