How to connect nRF52 to Windows 10?

Looking for source code or off-the-shelf app to connect an nRF52 to Windows 10, ideally using NUS. I've read some of the posts on this topic but couldn't find a ready-made solution. We do not want to use the nRF52 dongle because of its cost, but we can use one of the popular off-the-shelf BT dongles (they cost $2 to $3).
