NRF9160 custom board programming issue

Hi, I have my custom board for the nrf9160 ,

I was able to program it through the built in programmer of the nrf9160 dk but I have an issue, when I connect the VDD to the VDD_GPIO by soldering a bridge the programmer does not recognize the board, where the issue can ? Thanks in advance

What is VDD_IO (SW11) configured to? It should be configured to 3V to be able to program.

This is how is connected, the pin 12 has 3.3V but it doesn't want to program.

But when I disconnect the pin 12 from VDD it programs but then I am not able to use GPIOs

I have also noticed that on the dk the vdd is 5 volts and on the vdd_GPIO is 3v why is that? Has it to be like that ? It,s not mentioned in the datasheet

I just realized that I missed this detail in my last reply. Can you please provide schematics and layout for your custom board, so I can review?

This is stated in the power and clock management chapter, found here. This chapter refers to the Recommend operating conditions, where VDD_GPIO has an operating range of 1.7V to 3.6V
