I want to ask what kind of hardware will be required to develop and implement BLE Mesh network using nRF52840...

I want to develop and BLE Mesh Network using nRF52840. For that matter i require one

1)SDK NRF 52840

2)DONGLE (TO MONITOR THE TRAFFIC),

3) Third thing i want a ble mesh node module having radio and microcontroller.. The purpose of node is to act as Mesh Node in a network. Kindly advise.

The nRF52840-DK is the ideal platform for developing anything based on the nRF52840!

Key benefits:

The nRF52 (and nRF51, for that matter) contains a radio and microcontroller!

The nRF52832 (and the corresponding nRF52832-DK)  is also suitable for Mesh.

nRF52840 Dongle for Network Traffic Monitoring purposes

The nRF52840 DK is a board with an nRF52840 SoC on it.

So you will use the nRF52840 DKs as nodes while developing.

To make a meaningful Mesh, you will need at least 3 nodes.

Apart from the above, you will also need to be - or have - an experienced embedded firmware developer.

So, We just buy for example 10 to 15 nRF52840 DK for development as well as for Mesh Nodes? Moreover, nRF52840 Dongle is required for Monitoring or we use only nRF52840 (will it be having Monitoring feature?)

Yes. You are developing Mesh nodes - that's what you use the DKs for!

It doesn't have to be the nRF52840 Dongle - but that would be perfectly suitable.
