The current is bigger than expected during sleep

I want to measure the current during sleep,so I write my code as follow:

I queried the manual data that the current is 1.5uA, but 14.0uA is my measuring result. So what is the problem?

I don't quite catch what you mean，do you mean software or hardware? On hardware,I connected ammeter to JP7(VDD_nRF).In regard to the code, as the picture in the description shows.
