ISSUE IN TAKING NRF SNIFFER TRACE

Hi,

      We are trying to take the nRF sniffer trace but there is some issue is showing , i will explain it below.

• we are following nRF Sniffer "User Guide v2.2"  for initialization  of  sniffer .
• we downloaded all  required software(wireshark v2.4.6,python, pyserial,nRF Sniffer)and installed it by following the user guide.
• The hardware we are using nRF52 development kit (PCA10040) and a micro USB cable.
•  we finished all the step till 2.3 in the user guide successfully. 

 

ISSUES

• In step number 2.3.1 for enable the sniffer. In these step the interface toolbar is not showing for us in wireshark window.There is nothing showing about nRF sniffer in the interface terminal in  wireshark.

please help to solve these issue.
