What is the best way to log nrf52811 SDK 15.3.0

I watched that using nRF52840 DK is best way for develop nRF52811. So I use  SDK15.3.0, on nRF52840

Is it right?

And how can I see LOG ouput aboved example code using 'Teraterm' (also how to see with 'J-link RTT viewer'

Have you converted this project to an emulated project? You will have to do this in order for the devkit to think it is connected to an nRF52811. You can read how to do this and its limitations here.
