nrf 52840 -Temperature senor

 Does  nrf 52840 have an inbuilt temperature sensor? I am getting some values when i see them through hercules software, so are these garbage values or internal board temperature values or external temperature values?

Yes, the 52840 has an internal temperature sensor. You can find the specification and a functional description of it in the Product specification (link).  However, I'm not familiar the "Hercules software" so I don't know if it's using the temp sensor or not.
