How much of the packet size over the air

For nRF 51822 radio transmission, the payload packet is started at the NRF_RADIO->PACKETPTR. Then what is the packet size? is there any parameters to control the packet size over the air? if there are multiple packets with different size, if is it possible to transmit the different size of payload packet over the air? Thanks a lot.

You have to set the combination of LFLEN register to support the packet length you want and then you define the length by writing the S0, Length and S1 field of the packet structure. See figure 19 on page 82 in the nRF51 reference manual.

S0, length, S1 and payload cannot be more than 254 bytes long. The length is decided upon START task.
