Hi,
I have seen that there are three most useful topology for mesh : Bluetooth mesh, zigbee and Thread
What parameter should we have to take in consider when selecting any one from these three ?

Hi
These links should explain most of the differences between the three mesh protocols. https://www.silabs.com/products/wireless/learning-center/mesh-performance and https://www.eetimes.com/author.asp?section_id=36&doc_id=1333265#
Additionaly it is worth to mention that for Zigbee and Thread you will have to use the nRF52840, our high-end chip. Meanwhile Bluetooth Mesh is supported by the nRF52832, which is more mainstream, as well as the nRF52840.
Best regards,
Simon
