How to create DEVICEID in FICR

there has 2 32bit DEVICEID registers in nRF51822 FICR. they are unique. how to create 64 bits by noridic? All random? and some bits are serial number?

All bits in the two DEVICEID registers are created randomly.

Are the DEVICEID unique over all nrf51 chips? Could it be used as a serial number identifier?

Despite what it say in the Product Specifications, No.

And neither is it unique for nRF52 chips:
