Adding Custom Service to Buttonless DFU example results in fatal error

Hi, 

I am working on NRF52840 preview DK using SDK version 15.3

I have compiled and loaded the Secure DFU bootloader onto the device, and also successfully got the BLE_BUTTONLESS_DFU template to work by uploading it through the DfuTarg.

but, once I try to write my own service in the template the app crashes with a 'fatal error' and the device keeps resetting.

Here is my service_init function

I also changed 

NRF_SDH_BLE_VS_UUID_COUNT to 2 

and 

NRF_SDH_BLE_SERVICE_CHANGED = 1

in sdk_config.h

somehow,

commenting the second entry in m_adv_uuids[] solved the issue, but, I don't know why

The nRF52840 was asserting because you tried to fit both a 16-bit and a 128-bit UUID into the 31byte advertisement packet, which is not possible. 

You should however be able to advertise a 128-bit UUID, i.e.

you can try calling sd_ble_uuid_vs_add() to add your UUID before advertising.

it is being called, you can see that in services_init() function

jjyeh Calling sd_ble_uuid_vs_add(): will not put the UUID in the advertisment data. It only tells the SD that it should use a vendor specific UUID when setting up the GATT table internally in the SD.
